CommunityYeastract/S.boulardii currently includes information about each gene of the probiotic yeast strains S.boulardii biocodex and S.boulardii unique28, including gene and promoter sequences, amino acid sequence and gene annotation, extracted from GenBank, Projects PRJNA259301 and PRJNA285730, for biocodex and unique28 strains, respectively. CommunityYeastract/S.boulardii currently includes no regulatory data, but enables access to regulatory prediction based on known or potential regulatory associations in closely related yeast species.
