N.C.Yeastract/Z.bailii currently includes the description of more than 31 documented regulatory associations between transcription factors (TF) and target genes. Information about each gene has been extracted from the Genbank assembly accession GCA_900162805, corresponding to the genome assembly of Zygosaccharomyces bailii IST302, submitted by Institute of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology at Jun 15, 2017. For each gene, the associated Gene Ontology (GO) terms and their hierarchy in GO were obtained by annotating the ontologies de novo following a workflow in BlastGO. Currently, N.C.Yeastract maintains a total of 18.049 terms from GO for Z.bailii. All the information in N.C.Yeastract is updated regularly to match the latest data from recent literature on Zygosaccharomyces bailii regulatory networks.
