PathoYeastract/albicans currently includes the description of more than 41.439 documented regulatory associations between transcription factors (TF) and target genes and of 92 specific DNA binding sites, considering 127 of the 163 predicted TFs in Candida albicans. Information about each gene has been extracted from the Candida Genome Database (CGD), from genome version A22-s06-m01-r09, taxon 5476, as per the latest release from Mar 20, 2019. For each gene the associated Gene Ontology (GO) terms and their hierarchy in GO was obtained from the GO consortium as per the OBO flat file from Mar 19, 2019. Currently, PathoYeastract maintains a total of 41.439 terms from GO for C.albicans. All the information in PathoYeastract is updated regularly to match the latest data from CGD, GO consortium and recent literature on Candida albicans regulatory networks.
