PathoYeastract/parapsilosis currently includes the description of more than 7.120 documented regulatory associations between transcription factors (TF) and target genes and of 6 specific DNA binding sites in Candida parapsilosis.
Information about each gene has been extracted from the Candida Genome Database (CGD), from genome version s01-m03-r25, taxon 5480, as per the latest release from Mar 20, 2019.
For each gene the associated Gene Ontology (GO) terms and their hierarchy in GO was obtained from the GO consortium as per the OBO flat file from Mar 19, 2019.
Currently, PathoYeastract maintains a total of 37.836 terms from GO for C.parapsilosis.
All the information in PathoYeastract is updated regularly to match the latest data from CGD, GO consortium and recent literature on Candida parapsilosis regulatory networks.
Use PathoYeastract's set of queries to predict transcription regulation at the gene and genomic levels, a key feature to the functional analysis of a gene and to the full exploitation of transcriptomics data.
Additionally, try our new interspecies comparison tool to find more about the differences in transcription network organization among related yeast species.
